Official periodic transaction reports (Senate eFD, House Clerk). 45-day disclosure deadline; amounts are statutory ranges.
Method: every disclosed purchase over the last 12 months on a stock in our price database, measured from the first close on or after the transaction date to the latest close, minus the S&P 500 over the same window. Equal-weight per trade (disclosures state ranges, not exact amounts); members with fewer than 3 tracked buys are excluded. This measures the performance of disclosed stock picks, not a member's actual portfolio. Educational content, not investment advice.
