Merger On April 30, 2025, we completed our merger ("Merger") with Berry Global Group, Inc. ("Berry"), a global manufacturer of rigid and flexible packaging products, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") between Amcor, Aurora Spirit, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Berry dated, November 19, 2024. Under the terms of the Merger Agreement, Berry shareholders received 7.25 Amcor ordinary shares for each share of Berry common stock issued and outstanding. Upon completion of the transaction, Berry shares were delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
