Products/Pipeline Repatha In August 2025, we announced that the FDA broadened the approved use of Repatha to include adults at increased risk for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) due to uncontrolled low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), removing the previous requirement that a patient have been diagnosed with cardiovascular (CV) disease.
