( Amplify Energy, Amplify, the Company, we, us, our, or similar terms), is a publicly traded Delaware corporation, in which our common stock, par value of $0.01 per share ( Common Stock ), is listed on the NYSE under the symbol AMPY. Overview Amplify Energy is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation and production of oil and natural gas properties. Our management evaluates performance based on one reportable business segment, as the economic environments are not different within the operation of our oil and natural gas properties. Our business activities are conducted through OLLC, our wholly owned subsidiary, and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Our assets have historically consisted primarily of producing oil and natural gas properties located in Oklahoma, the Rockies ( Bairoil ), federal waters offshore Southern California ( Beta ), East Texas/North Louisiana, and the Eagle Ford (Non-op). During 2025, as discussed below, we completed several divestiture transactions, including the sale of our non operated Eagle Ford assets in July 2025, our East Texas/North Louisiana assets in December 2025, and our Oklahoma assets in December 2025. As a result of these divestitures, the oil and natural gas reserves presented herein reflect only properties owned as of December 31, 2025. As of the date of this Annual Report, our remaining properties consist solely of Bairoil and Beta.
