As of December 31, 2025, through the Angel Guild, approximately 2.0 million paying members help decide what film and TV projects we will market and distribute. Our Technology and Artificial Intelligence Technology Platform Our proprietary technology platform powers the Angel Guild experience and our film and TV show selection, marketing, distribution, and streaming operations. The Angel App is available across iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, Samsung Smart TV, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro. Key technology components include: Guild Score Engine. Our proprietary algorithm aggregates member voting signals to generate a guild score (the Guild Score ) for each film or TV show submission.
