Strategy In October 2024, we announced a strategic shift to concentrate on our OA Pain Management and Regenerative Solutions portfolios. This strategic decision involved the sale of Arthrosurface Incorporated on October 31, 2024 and the sale of Parcus Medical, LLC on March 7, 2025, both of which were acquired in early 2020 under a previous management strategy. As we look ahead, our focused strategy, driven by HA-based products, positions us to offer truly innovative treatments in areas of unmet need and substantial, growing markets.
