, Business Competition. Some of our competitors may have greater financial and other resources than we do and some may have more established brand names in the markets we serve. The actions of our competitors, including adding production capacity and the expansion of imported products, may encourage us to lower our prices or to offer additional services or enhanced products at a higher cost to us, which could reduce our gross profit, net income or cash flows or may cause us to lose market share. There is also increasing use of data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence software, which our competitors may be able to use or implement more effectively than we are able to do. Any of these consequences could materially and adversely affect our business, financial position, results of operations or cash flows. Our operating results are sensitive to the availability and cost of freight and energy, which are important in the manufacture and transport of our products. We are dependent on third-party freight carriers to transport many of our products. Our access to third-party freight carriers is not guaranteed, and we may be unable to transport our products at 13 economically attractive rates in certain circumstances, particularly in cases of adverse market conditions or disruptions to transportation infrastructure.
