Our legal and commercial name is Beamr Imaging Ltd. We were incorporated in Israel on October 1, 2009 under the name I.C.V.T Ltd. On January 11, 2015, we changed our name to Beamr Imaging Ltd. We have two wholly owned subsidiaries: Beamr, Inc. and Beamr Imaging RU LLC. Beamr, Inc. is our wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in 2012 in the State of Delaware. Beamr, Inc. is engaged in reselling our software and products in the U.S. and Canada. Beamr Imaging RU LLC is our wholly owned subsidiary, a limited Russian partnership formed in 2016.
