CCH Holdings Ltd was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on December 2, 2024 as an exempted company with limited liability under the Companies Act. As a holding company without any business operations, CCH Holdings Ltd wholly owns our Malaysian subsidiary, Signature Tasty Claypot House Holding Sdn. Bhd. ( STCH Holding ), which, in turn, wholly owns our other five Malaysian subsidiaries. One of our Malaysian subsidiaries, GTL F&B Sdn. Bhd. ( GTL F&B ) further holds 80% of the equity interest in another Malaysian entity, GEF Family Food Court Sdn. Bhd ( GEF Family ).
