Our common stock is listed on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CDE . Coeur’s strategy is to be a well-diversified, growing precious metals producer with a focus on generating sustainable, high-quality cash flow and returns from a balanced, prospective asset base in mining-friendly jurisdictions along with our commitment to exploration and expansions. OUR BUSINESS Operating Segments We produce and sell precious metals from the following operating segments: The Las Chispas underground silver-gold mine, located in the State of Sonora in northern Mexico, which began operations in 2022 and was acquired by Coeur in early 2025. The Palmarejo silver-gold complex, located in the State of Chihuahua in northern Mexico, which has been in operation since 2009. The Rochester open pit heap leach silver-gold mine, located in northwestern Nevada, which has been in operation since 1986 and completed a significant expansion in 2024.
