Prior to the incorporation of the Company, the principal operations are carried out through Cuprina Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, which was founded by Mr. Baptista Carl Marc, our previous CTO. We have conducted a reorganization, primarily to facilitate our initial public offering in the United States, which was completed in January 2024. Ltd prior to the reorganization. 100% owned by Cuprina Holdings (BVI) Limited Cuprina United States Inc. Incorporated on April 6, 2022 as a private company limited by shares under the laws of the U.S. 100% owned by Cuprina Pte. Ltd. Cuprina Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Incorporated on March 29, 2022 as a private company limited by shares under the laws of the Malaysia. 100% owned by Cuprina Pte. Ltd. Cuprina (Beijing) Biotechnology Co. Ltd. Incorporated on July 26, 2022 as a private company limited by shares under the laws of the PRC. 100% owned by Cuprina Pte. Ltd. Cuprina Hong Kong Limited Incorporated on May 17, 2022 as a private company limited by shares under the laws of Hong Kong. 100% owned by Cuprina Pte. Ltd. Cuprina Cayman was incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands on September 22, 2023.
