(together with its subsidiaries, referred to as the Company , we , us and our unless specified otherwise) is a leading global sports retailer offering an extensive assortment of authentic, high-quality sports equipment, apparel, footwear and accessories. Our banners include DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Public Lands and Going Going Gone! stores in addition to the experiential retail concepts DICK’S House of Sport and Golf Galaxy Performance Center which are all located across the United States. Additionally, as owner and operator of Foot Locker, which includes Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports, WSS and atmos banners, we serve the global sneaker community across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, plus a licensed store presence in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We also own and operate GameChanger, a youth sports mobile platform for live streaming, scheduling, communications and scorekeeping. We were founded in 1948 in New York under the name Dick’s Clothing and Sporting Goods, Inc. when Richard Dick Stack, the father of Edward W. Stack, our Executive Chairman, opened his original bait and tackle store in Binghamton, New York. Edward W. Stack joined his father's business full-time in 1977 and in 1984 became President and Chief Executive Officer of the then two-store chain. In April 1999 we changed our name to DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. In fiscal 2025, the Company acquired Foot Locker, a leading footwear and apparel retailer, and now has two reportable segments: DICK’S and Foot Locker.
