Ethan Allen design centers represent a mix of locations operated by independent licensees and Company-operated locations. At June 30, 2025, the Company operates 142 retail design centers with 137 located in the U.S. and five in Canada. Our 45 independently operated design centers are located in the U.S., Asia, the Middle East and Europe. We manufacture approximately 75% of our furniture in our North American manufacturing plants and have been recognized for product quality and craftsmanship since we were founded in 1932.
