Information Fifth Third Bancorp (the Bancorp or Fifth Third ), an Ohio corporation organized in 1975, is a bank holding company ( BHC ) as defined by the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended (the BHCA ), and has elected to be treated as a financial holding company ( FHC ) under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 ( GLBA ) and regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the FRB ). The Bancorp is a diversified financial services company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and is the indirect holding company of Fifth Third Bank, National Association (the Bank ). As of December 31, 2025, Fifth Third had $214 billion in assets and operates 1,130 full-service Banking Centers and 2,199 Fifth Third branded ATMs in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama. The Bancorp operates three main businesses: Commercial Banking, Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Asset Management. The Bancorp’s trust and registered investment advisory businesses had approximately $690 billion in total assets under care and managed $80 billion in assets for individuals, corporations and not-for-profit organizations as of December 31, 2025. Fifth Third’s common stock is traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol FITB. The Bancorp’s subsidiaries provide a wide range of financial products and services to the commercial, financial, retail, governmental, educational, energy and healthcare sectors.
