The Company’s Data Analytics ( DA ) segment provides analytical measurement and digital solutions, including measure-and-control services, that deliver near real-time insights for process control across the oil and gas value chain and emerging applications in power and digital valuation. DA solutions help customers optimize performance, improve decision-making, and reduce emissions and carbon intensity. The Company was initially incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia in 1985. In October 2001, the Company changed its corporate domicile to the State of Delaware. In December 2007, the Company’s common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange ( NYSE ) under the stock ticker symbol FTK.
