Corporate History Helport was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands in June 2023. Helport Singapore was incorporated in Singapore in September 2020 and was acquired by Helport in December 2023 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Helport in connection with a corporate reorganization. Helpor AI, a British Virgin Islands business company, was incorporated on October 3, 2023. Prior to the Business Combination, Helport AI owned no material assets and did not operate any business.
