OF THE BUSINESS IAMGOLD is an intermediate gold producer and developer based in Canada with operating mines in North America and West Africa, including C t Gold (Canada), Westwood (Canada), and Essakane (Burkina Faso). The Cot Gold Mine (" C t " or " C t Gold ") is among the largest gold mines in production in Canada, which IAMGOLD operates in a 70|30 partnership with Sumitomo Metal Mining Co. Ltd. THREE-YEAR HISTORY 2023 On February 22, 2023, the Company announced the appointment of Christiane Bergevin to the Board as an independent, non-executive director. On March 6, 2023, the Company announced the appointment of Renaud Adams as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board, effective as of April 3, 2023, and that Mr. Theunissen had been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Theunissen had served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since September 16, 2022.
