Our lead asset, XPOVIO (selinexor), was the first oral XPO1 inhibitor to receive marketing approval, receiving its initial U.S. approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ( FDA ) in July 2019, and is currently approved and marketed in the U.S. for the following indications: In combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy.
