Our History Our legal name is Kornit Digital Ltd., and we were incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel on January 16, 2002. We shipped our first system in 2005. In April 2015, we completed our initial public offering, or IPO. Our ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, under the symbol KRNT, on April 2, 2015.
