In this Annual Report on Form 10-K, references to we, us, our, our company, Mobileye, the Company, and similar terms refer to Mobileye Global Inc. and, unless the context requires otherwise, its consolidated subsidiaries, except with respect to our historical business, operations, financial performance, and financial condition prior to our initial public offering, where such terms refer to Mobileye Group, which combines the operations of Cyclops Holdings Corporation, Mobileye B.V., GG Acquisition Ltd., Moovit App Global Ltd., and their respective subsidiaries, along with certain Intel employees mainly in research and development. References to Moovit refer to GG Acquisition Ltd., Moovit App Global Ltd. and their consolidated subsidiaries. We have a 52- or 53-week fiscal year that ends on the last Saturday in December.
