Our agent for service of process in the United States is our U.S. subsidiary, Nanobiotix Corporation, located at 245 Main Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02142. Our ordinary shares began trading on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris in October 2012. Our ADSs began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on December 11, 2020. We were founded as a spin-off from the State University of New York, Buffalo in 2003. Team members at Nanobiotix, including our founder, Laurent Levy, have two decades of experience developing Nanobiotix’s technology and we believe we are a pioneer and leader in the field of nanomedicine. We have built an integrated, multidisciplinary team that combines expertise in physics, biology and medicine.
