Company Overview The Company is a leading Canadian licensed producer of high quality cannabis and cannabis-derived products for consumers in Canada. The Company’s flagship cannabis facility (the Moncton Campus ) is a 536,000 square-foot facility with capabilities to produce dried cannabis flower, pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls, including the capacity to the capacity to produce over 100,000 kg of dried cannabis flower annually. The Company continually assesses the critical facets of the lighting and environmental elements in its facilities in an effort to drive maximum quality and yield in the plants it produces. The Moncton Campus also has 118 grow rooms with staggered cultivation cycles averaging 13 weeks per cycle. As the grow rooms are all indoor, seasonality has negligible impact on cultivation cycles.
