We were incorporated in Japan on June 15, 2018 under the corporate name Pay Corporation and changed our corporate name to PayPay Corporation in July 2018. We are a joint stock corporation, or kabushiki kaisha, incorporated under the laws of Japan, including the Companies Act of Japan. Our corporate existence is indefinite unless dissolved in accordance with our articles of incorporation or applicable Japanese law.
