PSI owns 100% equity interest in PSI (BVI) Ltd, BGG (BVI) Ltd and PSIG Inv established on October 30, 2025, each a British Virgin Islands company; PSI (BVI) Ltd holds 99.2% of PSIHK with the remainder 0.8% held by two independent individuals at 0.4% each. BGG (BVI) Ltd owns 100% of BGG. PSIG Inv owns 100% PSIG Sing, a company registered in Singapore on December 10, 2025. Our holding company, PS International Group Ltd., was incorporated under the laws of Cayman Islands for the purpose of effectuating the Business Combination.
