Our History Our legal and commercial name is Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd. We are a company limited by shares organized under the laws of Israel. We were incorporated in Israel in 2003 as a privately held company. In February 2007, we completed an initial public offering of our ordinary shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), and we voluntarily delisted from the TASE in January 2018. In May 2015 we completed an initial public offering of ADSs and ADSs warrants (which have since expired) on the Nasdaq Capital Market. On September 6, 2023, we announced the change of our corporate name to Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd. from BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd. to reflect better our fresh start and new direction.
