According to Engineering News Record, in 2025, we are nationally ranked as a top fifteen builder of water supply (#12), dams and reservoirs (#8), and water treatment and desalination plants (#11). Our business includes construction operations from Morrison Knudsen and Washington Group International, which were consolidated in 2017 by AECOM. In 2021, we were sold by AECOM and became an independent company under new private ownership (the AECOM Sale Transaction ). In November 2023, we completed our initial public offering (the IPO ) and currently our common stock is listed for trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol SHIM .
