Overview SiriusPoint is a global specialty underwriter of insurance and reinsurance, headquartered in Bermuda. Our common shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange ( NYSE ) under the symbol SPNT. We have licenses to write property, casualty, and accident & health insurance and reinsurance globally, including admitted and non-admitted licensed companies in the United States, a Bermuda Class 4 company, a Lloyd’s of London ( Lloyd’s ) syndicate and managing agency, and an internationally licensed company domiciled in Sweden. We have offices in 10 countries with a total employee population of 1,099 people. As of December 31, 2025, we had common shareholders’ equity of $2.3 billion, total capital of $3.2 billion and total assets of $12.6 billion. Our operating companies have a financial strength rating of A- (Positive) from AM Best, Fitch Ratings ( Fitch ) and Standard & Poor's ( S&P ) and A3 (Stable) from Moody’s Ratings ( Moody’s ). Our ambition is to drive excellence as a best-in-class underwriter, with a diverse and low-volatility portfolio of specialty lines, that generally targets a 12-15% return on equity across the pricing cycle. Our History SiriusPoint was created through the merger of Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. ( Third Point Re ) and Sirius International Insurance Group, Ltd. ( Sirius Group ) in February 2021.
