Our Purpose We are an operationally-focused acquirer targeting businesses with strong underlying fundamentals within industries that benefit from long-term secular growth trends. To date, we have invested in the fitness equipment sector leveraging hardware, software and content to deliver highly engaging and versatile workout experiences across both commercial and in-home markets. As of December 31, 2025, our portfolio consisted of three premium brands; Wattbike, CLMBR and FORME, each of which combines industry-leading engineering and design with world-class technology and fitness programming.
