We are a public company listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and Euronext Paris that was formed in 2013 through the merger of Intercell, an Austrian vaccine biotech company listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, and Vivalis, a French biotech company listed on Euronext Paris. We were incorporated on March 24, 1999 as a limited liability company and converted into a European Company (Societas Europaea, or SE) on May 28, 2013.
