Company Overview Vistance Networks, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on October 22, 2010 as CommScope Holding Company, Inc., and our initial public offering for our common stock was on October 25, 2013. Effective January 14, 2026, we changed our legal name from CommScope Holding Company, Inc. to Vistance Networks, Inc. Since our founding as an independent company in 1976, we have played a significant role in many of the world’s leading communication networks.
