Versant is a media and entertainment business that operates in four core markets: political news and opinion, business news and personal finance, golf and athletics participation and sports and genre entertainment. We serve these markets primarily through a strong portfolio of brands comprised of television networks operating primarily in the United States, including MS NOW, CNBC, USA Network, Golf Channel, E!, SYFY and Oxygen, and our complementary digital platforms GolfNow, Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes. We produce, license and acquire content that we distribute through a variety of outlets, including our networks and digital platforms, delivering value to key constituents: the viewing audience, paying subscribers, advertisers, distributors and licensing counterparties. We generate revenue primarily through distributing our networks, selling advertising across our brands, providing services through our digital platforms and content licensing. We present our operations in one reportable business segment. Versant was incorporated in Pennsylvania on May 1, 2025. Prior to January 2, 2026, we were a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast Corporation ( Comcast ) and operated as a part of Comcast’s Media Segment. On January 2, 2026, we separated (the Separation ) from Comcast and became a standalone publicly traded company and on January 5, 2026, Versant’s Class A common stock began trading under the ticker symbol VSNT on the Nasdaq Global Select Market LLC ( Nasdaq ).
