Legal Proceedings In the ordinary conduct of our business, we and Westlake and Westlake's subsidiaries, including OpCo, are subject to lawsuits, investigations and claims, including environmental claims and employee related matters. Under the Omnibus Agreement, certain subsidiaries of Westlake have agreed to indemnify the Partnership for certain environmental and other liabilities relating to OpCo's processing facilities and related assets that occurred or existed prior to August 4, 2014.
