Business Organization of this Annual Report on Form 10-K. Our Behavioral business refers to providing subscriptions to our digital product offerings with the option to add on unlimited access to our workshops. Our Clinical business refers to providing subscriptions to our clinical product offerings provided by Weight Watchers Clinic combined with our digital subscription product offerings and unlimited access to our workshops. Following our emergence from bankruptcy as described below, we changed our previous 52- or 53-week fiscal year ending on the Saturday closest to December 31 to a fiscal year coincident with the calendar year. We made the fiscal year change on a prospective basis and prior periods were not adjusted. The Company’s 2025 fiscal year that began on December 29, 2024 ended on December 31, 2025 and fiscal years 2026 and beyond begin on January 1 and end on December 31 of the applicable year. In this Annual Report on Form 10-K: fiscal 2018 refers to our fiscal year ended December 29, 2018; fiscal 2021 refers to our fiscal year ended January 1, 2022; fiscal 2022 refers to our fiscal year ended December 31, 2022; fiscal 2023 refers to our fiscal year ended December 30, 2023; fiscal 2024 refers to our fiscal year ended December 28, 2024; fiscal 2025 refers to our fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (included four extra days due to our change in fiscal year end); and any fiscal year thereafter refers to a fiscal year ended December 31 of the respective calendar year.
